The course in the new Castello Rosso spa includes 2 hours of relaxation through unique sensations that enhance the setting through wellness rituals.

The sauna master or mistress will welcome you in a well-maintained and intimate setting to accompany your relaxation.

Start in the spa 10 minutes before the start time to observe the park and to sip a glass of aromatised water before you begin.

The 2-hour route includes:

1. welcome and explanation of the route and rituals (5′)
2. stay in the natural stone steam bath – red wine scrub and cold rain; (25 min)
3. stay in the Finnish sauna 80° – and short aromatic ventilation of the masters; (10 min)
4. relaxation in the panoramic cloister with herbal tea, Castle biscuits and fresh fruit Km0 (20 min)
5. stay in the panoramic bio-sauna – traditional Nordic ritual by the masters and a walk in the Castle park. (25 min)
6. hydromassage and relaxation in water at 35° C, with a view of the park and ancient trees. (10′)
7. total relaxation on large wooden beds and final pampering (20 min)

At the end of the walk, during the summer period, it is possible to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and the comfortable solarium.
