The pride of having a precious fresco by Hans Clemer, better known as the Master of Elva, led the property to dedicate its restaurant to the great artist.
The young brigade who animates and brings to life the Castello Rosso kitchen has fully embraced the philosophy and spirit of all the staff.
The cookery is brilliant but refined, a tradition revisited by the freshness of the young soul of the chefs.
Typical local products blend into sought-after dives into the past and transport the lucky guest into gastronomic experiences, that are rewarding and very focused to the territoriality and quality that only the province can offer.
The wine list, rich in regional labels, is completed by a national journey even among small producers who can offer high quality products at affordable prices.
Wine and Food Experience
We are famous all over the world for our food and wine art and proudly try to revisit typical dishes and rediscover ancient flavors. From the windows of the Castello Rosso you can admire vineyards with perfect shapes, almost unreal, so the rows look perfectly aligned.
They seem, at first glance, more the result of skilled architects than the result of passionate winegrowers, but, if Costigliole Saluzzo and the Saluzzo Hills can offer to the world inimitable wines from autochthonous vines such as Quagliano and Pelaverga, this is thanks to the experience of their virtuous hands. The Saluzzo Hills, together with the Langa and the Monferrato areas, represent the Piedmontese wines in the world.

The convivial meetings for all kinds of occasions are a great pride for our castle.
The internal rooms, that are completed by the external structure, which is exploitable in the four seasons and expertly placed in the context, allow to accommodate small and large numbers up to a total of 400 seats.
The kitchen, flexible and organized, takes care of both small exclusive parties and stylish ceremonies with hundreds of guests in a ductile way.
A special attention is paid to dietary choices, allergies and intolerances.
